Revelation 5:6 KJV 1900
And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.
Revelation 5:7 KJV 1900
And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.

Introduction.

Thank you for your efforts for the Bivens family.
Theo Sarten Sick.
Not feeling well, my allergies are acting up. Bro.
Alan is going to be preaching again at Springfield Sunday so I asked Bro. Braden Savage to take the morning service. I’ll preach the Communion service at 3:00. I have an appointment Monday in Memphis.
194 John hadn’t noticed this Lamb before, you know, here. It hadn’t been mentioned before. Nowhere had It been mentioned. John didn’t see It, all over the Heavens, as he was looking. But here It come forth.
195 Notice where It came forth. Where did It come from? It come from the Father’s Throne, where He had been seated since He had been slain and raised again. “He raised up and sat on the right hand of God, ever living to make intercessions.” Amen.
Romans 8:34 KJV 1900
Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
1 John 2:1 KJV 1900
My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
1 John 2:2 KJV 1900
And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

(Propitiation shows Him to be both the Place and the Means of Atonement.)

1 John 3:8 KJV 1900
He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
1 John 3:9 KJV 1900
Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
1 John 3:10 KJV 1900
In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
“How can you have denominations and draw barriers and things like that, and say you’re borned of God? No such a thing. It’s a mock of the—Satan. That’s right. But a man that’s borned of God cannot sin; it’s impossible for him to sin.
133 Watch! Just let me take this crucifix just a minute if it’ll come off of there. Who was the sin offering? Jesus Christ. How do we get in Christ? Who died for us? Christ. What did He die for? Our sins. He took my punishment. Is that right?
And then how do I get into Him? By one Spirit we are all baptized into one Body. And when in this Body, we’re covered by the Blood and free from the judgments. He cannot sin, because there’s a Blood sacrifice laying for him day and night. Hallelujah!
He can’t sin. He has no desire to sin. If he does it—if he does do something wrong, he don’t mean to do it. The Bible said in Hebrews the 10th chapter, “For if we sin wilfully after we have received the knowledge of the Truth (and He is the Truth), there remaineth no more sacrifice for sin.
He that despised Moses’ law died under two or three witness, how much more sorer punishment suppose, though worthy, who’s trod the Blood of Jesus Christ under his feet and counted the Blood of the covenant wherewith he was sanctified with an unholy thing, and done despite to the works of grace.”
134 For by one Spirit we are all baptized into one Body and are free from sin, and we cannot sin. There is an atonement waiting for us. And if there’s still desire in your heart to sin, you have never been baptized into that Body, because you are dead and your life is hid in Christ through God and sealed by the Holy Ghost. Christians don’t sin. They make mistakes, but they don’t sin. Amen! That’s the reason they don’t, for he cannot sin.
135 How can I have a…If I go down through the city here, and the mayor of the city says, “Mr. Branham, I know that you make sick calls. There’s speed limits. The highest speed limit in the city is about thirty miles an hour. But I’m giving you permission to run ninety if you want to, ’cause I have faith in you that you wouldn’t do it unless you had emergency call or somebody dying yonder in a wreck.
And I’ll give you permission, as the mayor of this city, that you can run any red light, do whatever you want to, just go right on.” How could a little two-bit officer ever arrest me out here making forty miles an hour in a thirty mile zone? He can’t. I cannot break any speed laws in this city, because why? I’m above the speed laws. Amen! I hope you see it.
136 And when we are dead, and God has recognized our repentance, He’s recognized our baptism, He’s recognized the Blood of His own Son, which by faith has been applied, He recognizes His foreordination, and knowed that I’d do it, and has recognized me in Christ, dead…And Christ died in my place when He was slain before the foundation of the world.
My name was put on His Book as a Christian. Hallelujah! Christ died my death. Christ is my Sacrifice. And God could not impute to me sin anymore. He’s give me the Seal of the Holy Ghost as a witness that I’ve passed from death unto Life. Whew! That does it.
137 Then they that are borned of God does not commit sin, for he cannot sin. In the Old Testament each year there was a remembered of sin. But Christ, by one sacrifice He has perfected forever the worshipper. “The worshipper once purged (Hebrews 10)—the worshipper once purged has no more conscience of sin.”
So you take these people that run in the church and jump up and down, and shout, and speak with tongues, and act just exactly like a Christian, and run out, and the next year they got to come back again, next week. They’ve never come anywhere to begin with.
They’re only impersonating, for the Bible said that the Holy Spirit seals us into Christ until the day of our redemption. Hallelujah! That’s what makes me rest assured, ’cause God promised it.
138 No more sin. The sin question’s settled. That’s the reason sin looks so dirty to a Christian. That’s why women out here with these shorts on look so dirty to a Christian. That’s why vulgarity, that’s why dirty things, that’s why smoking, drinking, gambling, all these uncensored programs on television, all that stuff seems filth.
Why? You’re of a different Kingdom. You’re borned into the Kingdom of God and sealed by the Holy Ghost until the day of your redemption.
139 He that’s borned of God commits no sin, for he can’t sin. The seed of God is in him, and he cannot sin. As long as that Holy Ghost is in there It takes every desire of sin away from you. Amen! You can’t sin; there’s no more desire. 59-0628E - Questions And Answers

(No more desire doesn’t mean no temptation. It means you won’t live like that. We have a way of escape, just read Romans 7 and 8.)

330 Take the color red. We take the first color, is red. What is red? Red is one sign of danger. Red is a sign of redemption. And you look at red through red, what color is it? White. That’s correct. So when the red Blood was shed, to cover red sin, God, looking through red Blood, look at red sin, it becomes white.
The believer can’t sin. Certainly not. The Seed of God, the blessings of God, remains on him. God can’t see nothing but the Blood of His Own Son. No matter what it is in His Church, what it is, God don’t see it, because Jesus is making intercessions, constantly, the High Priest. No way for him to sin, when such a Sacrifice is laying there for him, like that. Certainly not.
331 And now if you say, “Well, that gives me a good chance…” Then that shows you’re not right.
332 You’ll appreciate That. You’ll love It, if you’re a real Christian, to a place that sin would haunt you till you couldn’t do it. “For the Seed of God remains in him, and he cannot sin.” The Bible said, “Once purged by the Blood of Jesus, has no more desire of sin.” If you have a desire, your heart is not right with God.
333 Now, you will do wrong, but you don’t do it wilfully. See? You’re trapped, and anything you’re trapped into, or do something that you don’t mean to do it, it’s not sin yet, you’ll repent the minute you see that you’re wrong.
You’ll turn quickly and say, “I didn’t mean…didn’t see that.” You’ll say that, all through life. A man don’t want to be, that’s the reason that we are so stupid and so in dark, down here on earth, that there’s a Blood atonement for us, all the time, to keep us covered. Cause, the first mistake we met…
334 Now, there’s your legalist idea. “Oh, you know what? That woman was sanctified. But, bless God, she done wrong. I know she is backslid.” That’s wrong. She’s not backslid. She made a mistake. If she did it wilfully, then she wasn’t right, to begin with.
335 If she didn’t mean to do it, and she walks before the holy Church of God and confesses it, and say, “I’m wrong, and you forgive me,” you are duty bound to do it. You don’t do it in your heart, then you ought to went to the altar yourself. True. There is the real holiness in the church. There is genuine holiness, the holiness not of you, but of Christ.
336 I have no holiness to present to Him. But I’m trusting in His, oh, His grace, and I have it in my heart. I’ve unmerited it, nothing I could do to deserve it, but by grace He called me and invited me to come. And I looked to Him, and He took the desire away from me.
I make thousands of mistakes in each month, in each year. Surely, I do. But when I see I’m wrong, I say, “God, I didn’t mean to do it, You know my heart. I didn’t mean to do that. I was trapped into that. I didn’t mean to do it. You forgive me, Lord.”
337 If I done wrong to my brother, I say, “Brother, forgive me. I didn’t mean to do that.” Certainly, God knows my heart.
338 Oh, there you are. There is the Blood sacrifice. There is the power of the Gospel, that holy Church moving on. Not because something you done; it’s something you had nothing to do with. There is the Atonement. 57-0922E - Hebrews, Chapter Seven #2
1 Corinthians 12:13 KJV 1900
For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

(Back to the Breach)

“Raised there, today, as an Intercessor, with His Own Blood, to make intercession upon the ignorance of the people. Now, that’s the One I’m depending on. He still was covered with bleach, the bleach of the forgiveness of sin.

(Explain Bleach)

196 John looked at that Lamb, and the Lamb looked like He had been slain. And then he noticed He was wounded, and cut, and bruised, and bleeding. A bloody Lamb, that’s what took our place. Isn’t it strange, a simple Lamb had to take our place? And he saw the Lamb. He proceeded out.
197 John hadn’t saw Him, because He had been way back into the Eternities, even making intercession; and showing that those who had come to God, under the offering of the blood of bulls, of goats, a substitutionary offering, He also…Cause, them who believed it, pointed to Him. And the Blood had not been shed yet, so He was there to clear them. He was there to clear you and I.

(He even interceded for those prior to His death burial and resurrection.)

198 And, O God, I hope He is there tonight. For every sinner, the Lamb been slain. How can Jehovah see anything but that bloody Lamb standing there!
199 And the Lamb proceeded out into the vision now, as It had been slain. Notice, come from the Father’s Throne. Oh, think! He, where did He advance from, to this vision? He come from Glory, where He is seated at the right hand of God. He advanced forth, to John, out of Glory.
200 Oh, would not it be a glorious thing if our sinful thoughts, tonight, could be laid aside long enough to accept Him, and He would advance all the way from Glory, tonight, to make Hisself known to any of you!
201 The Lamb advancing from Glory, for intercessions, all right, to make claims now for His redemption! Remember, He had been on His mediatorial work back here. But, remember, these Seals are ready to be opened, and the Lamb come from the sanctuary of God, advanced forward.
202 Wait till we get over there, that one hour, take that “one-half hour” that It’s silent. The sanctuary is smoking. There is no more intercession. The Sacrifice has left. It’s a Judgment Seat. There is no Blood on it no more, for the Blood-covered Lamb has walked away.
Don’t you wait till that time. Remember in the Old Testament? As long as the blood was off the mercy seat, it was judgment; but as long as the blood was on there, there was mercy. [Brother Branham knocks on the pulpit five times—Ed.] But when the Lamb walked away, that did it!
203 What’s He been? He has been an Intercessor. No other person! Tell me where Mary could make intercessions then. What could Mary offer? What could Saint Francis, Saint Assisi, or any, and Saint Cecilia, rather, or any other human being? John never saw a thousand saints come out from the mediatorial. “He saw a Lamb, a Lamb that had been slain, bloody.”
I don’t care how many saints have been slain; they were all due it, every one of them. Like the thief said at the cross, “We’ve sinned, and we are due this. But this Man has done nothing.” He was the only Man that was worthy.
204 Here He come, from the intercessory box. What’s He coming for now? Watch Him! Oh, oh, oh, my! [Brother Branham claps his hands together three times—Ed.]
205 John was weeping. Where is it all at? What’s going to happen?
206 Said, “Don’t weep, John,” said the elder. “Here comes the Lion. He was the One prevailed.” When he looked, here come a Lamb, bloody, that had been slain.
207 Anything that’s killed is bloody. You know, it’s been killed. Its neck has been chopped open, or something. The blood is all over it.
208 Here come a Lamb, been slain. And He came forth, oh, my, (what?) to make His claims on His redemption. Amen. Oh! Oh! I…Don’t you just feel like just going over in a corner, sit down and cry a while? Here come a Lamb, still bloody. John…There wasn’t nothing there; all the celebrity was standing around, but there was none of them could do it. So, here come the Lamb, now. His intercessory days is over, the mediatorial days.
209 That’s when this Angel is going to stand there. You wait till we get in the Seals. “And time shall be no more.” That’s right. That “half hour of silence.” Watch what takes place in that half hour of silence, when that Seventh Seal, next Sunday night, the Lord willing. 63-0317E - The Breach Between The Seven Church Ages And The Seven Seals

Conclusion.

300 Sermon Illustrations from Charles Spurgeon Making an End of Sins (Hebrews 9:26)

When Pompey was killed, Julius Caesar obtained possession of a large box that contained a vast amount of correspondence that had been carried on with Pompey. There is no doubt that in that box there were many letters from certain of Caesar’s followers making overtures to Pompey, and if Caesar had read those letters it is probable that he would have been so angry with many of his friends that he would have put them to death for playing him false. Fearing this, he magnanimously took the box and destroyed it without reading a single line. What a splendid way of putting away and annihilating all their offenses against him! Why, he did not even know them; he could not be angry, for he did not know that they had offended. He consumed all their offenses and destroyed their iniquities so that he could treat them all as if they were innocent and faithful.

The Lord Jesus Christ has made just such an end of your sins and mine
